Refund and Returns Policy

At Vector Walls, every product is custom-made to order. For this reason:

  1. No Returns or Exchanges
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.
  2. Defective or Damaged Items
    • If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
    • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
    • Please include your order ID and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. How to File a Claim
    Send your request to vectorwalls.store@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund/Replacement Request.”
